Not sure how anyone argues that the Leafs have an great pool of prospects.

Edit:
that sounds like I agree with the geniuses above saying that it makes no sense. I think the Leafs are looking strong for the future.

organizational goalie depth is interesting right now...

If the Leafs aren't in playoff position, I bet Enroth gets traded at deadline

Ouch - the Rangers are #29. This is pre-Vesey though, right? He should bump them up to 2nd.

Yes.
It is also pre Crouse to the Coyotes.
BIG changes abound.

It's good to hear, that organizations outside of the glass house, that is MLS&E, actually see the Leafs starting to grow as an organization. It seems like forever, since this team has had a full cupboard. Not that it's full, they're building an addition. With the elite first and second rounders in the system, this team could become elite, within 3 years. For the first time in decades, I have faith in the braintrust and believe that they're on the right track and have the forward thinking necessary, to make this team great.

posting pictures of Simmonds or any of the Toronto media elite should be an immediate ban

It's really weird, because Leafs are also atop Spatso's sister.

The Rangers remind me of the post Quinn era, where the cupboards are bare, the draft picks have been traded away and the roster is slowly aging. Whether Vessy can become a top 6 winger is not a given. Once Lundquist has exited from the elite side of his career, they'll quickly become what the Bruins currently are.....also rans.

expecting some forward prospects to be moved along as the team starts to gel together

also will be interesting where we fall to end this season. Top ten pick could give us an opportunity to fill that defensive void.

They are in Cap Hell. They'll be forced to shed salary and will end up with a middling team.

"The Leafs had eight players(Marner, Nylander, Kasperi Kapanen, Jeremy Bracco, Connor Brown, Andreas Johnson, Scott Harrington, Brendan Leipsic) ranked in ESPN’s top 100 prospects one year ago and an honorable mention in defenseman Travis Dermott (including Marner and Nylander in the top 10). "

Traded to Blue Jackets for Rychel.

He's right:
Nash = 32
Lunqvist = 34
Dan Boyle = 39 (UFA now... retiring I'm sure)
Tanner Glass = 32
Lapierre = 31

Everyone else is under 30

Edit:
Girardi and Klein are also over 30.
BINGO!
